Step 1: Find Out More. As you evaluate SalesView™ Surveys, you may have more questions or
want to see a demo of the product. You may want to find-out more about

Step 2: Make the Purchase. When you are ready to proceed with the purchase, just let
us know. We will send you a contract for your signature. After that, you're ready to go!
Step 3: Set Up the Survey. We will assign a customer service representative to you who
will help you set up the survey demographic categories - each survey has unique demographic
categories that can provide you with the ability to "cut" the results. Examples of demographic
categories include job titles, business units, years in job, and others.
Step 4: Pre-test with a Pilot. We will work with you to launch a pilot sample, to
ensure a smooth survey process for the larger pool of participants. We will also show you
how to monitor your survey progress using the administrator tools.
Step 5: Conduct the SalesView™ Survey. We'll launch the survey for you at
your direction. You can monitor response rates on a real time basis.
We will also show you how to use the online reporter to examine your data.
Step 6: Produce Management Reports. We'll give you access to management
reports which you can incorporate into executive presentations.
That’s it! Remember, there's no software to purchase. This is all done via the web,
without the cost and confusion of learning and implementing your own survey management
system. It couldn’t be easier!

SalesView™ Surveys offer a structured pricing model based on the size of your
sales organization. Our standard pricing includes the cost of getting you set up to
use your SalesView™ Survey. Our Survey Administration Kit, along with our
customer support resources, provide you with all the information you will need to get
up and running fast!
Standard pricing includes:
- Training you in the use of:**
- Survey Monitoring System
- Online Reporting System
- Hard-copy Reporting System
- 30 days use of the Data Collection application
- Use of the Online Reporting System (as needed)
- 15 days access to the Hard-copy Reporting System (after data collection ends)
**NOTE: All training assumes a train-the-trainer model.
Set up of a SalesView™ Survey can take up to 5 business days. If you require custom questions or
specific reports above and beyond those offered with the standard surveys, we can provide you with custom pricing.
